Why use the Vivco Triple Knife Sharpener?

Kitchen knives are an essential part of the kitchen. Using blunt knives can be dangerous and cause accidents when slicing food items. Further more, knives can get damaged when put into draws and dishwashers.

Using traditional sharpening methods, such as a whetstone or a sharpening rod require more skill to sharpen blades and remove blade damage. As blades should be sharpened to 20 degrees, these traditional methods make it very difficult to keep this angle throughout the whole blade. Sharpening with traditional methods is timely and can take 30 - 40 mins per knife. The Vivco Triple Knife Sharpener correctly sharpens your knife to 20 degree with a simple pulling motion in only a couple of minutes.

What do the 3 steps do?

The Vivco Triple Knife Sharpener will sharpen your knife in 3 easy steps. The first step will remove any burs and nicks from day to day use on the blade edge which allows uniform sharpening on step 2. Step 3 will polish the blade for a professional finish.

How does it do this?

Step 1 - PRIME - Course Diamond Rods: Rods will roughen the knife edge, removing any burs or damage to the knife edge

Step 2 - SHARPEN - Tungsten Carbide Plates: Angled to 20 degrees to give you the perfect 'V' shape edge on your blade

Step 3 - FINISH - Ceramic Stone Rods: Removes any excess burs from step 2 and polishes the blade edge for a profession sharp finish
