FREE SHIPPING to all orders going to the UK!

Ordering:

Once an order gets placed, it instantly gets loaded onto our system and will be seen by our pickers. They will go and find your order in our warehouse using our barcode scanners to make sure you get exactly what you have ordered! Current dispatch times can be up to 3 working days, however most items (if ordered before noon) will go the same day.

Dispatch:

Our packers will receive your order from our pickers and again scan your order to confirm your order. They will package up your order and sent it to the dispatch area where our carriers will pick it up. Our system is designed with you, the customer, in mind. Our aim is to get your parcel from our door to your door in the quickest time so that you can enjoy your new products.

Postage:

Our chosen carriers are Royal Mail, DHL and UPS. All small orders will be sent via Royal Mail where as larger items will be sent via UPS or DHL.

Tracking your order:

If your order has a tracking number, you will be emailed this information with the carrier it was sent with.

Delivery of your order:

Once your order has been delivered, your tracking number will update to show this. If your order has been marked as delivered on the tracking number but it is claimed that the item has not arrived, we ask if you could speak to any neighbors in case they have taken delivery on your behalf. If they have not received your parcel, then a full investigation will need to be made with the shipping company. Please note: we are unable to offer any resends or refunds of your order until we have a final decision from the shipping company.

Extra Information:

Please be aware that some items have to be ordered specially for you from our external warehouse. In this instance there will be 1 extra day on the delivery window. As soon at it arrives to us, we will sent it back out to you.
